
Elizabeth Bova
Elizabeth, the principal of Foot Fix Clinic, graduated with a Bachelor of Podiatry at the University of Newcastle in 2012. She is a member of the Australian Podiatry Association.
For the last 10 years Elizabeth has worked for Sydney local health district; including Royal Prince Alfred, Concord, Canterbury and Balmain hospitals and Marrickville community health centre.
Elizabeth has been an integral team member in two multidisciplinary teams in the high-risk foot clinic at Royal Prince Alfred hospital and the Osteoarthritis chronic care program at Concord hospital. Years of supervision of final year University students on clinic rotation, has enabled Elizabeth to share her range of experience, passion and commitment to the next generation of Podiatrists.
Elizabeth is passionate about helping others and is committed to providing a high standard of care for her patients. She enjoys challenging cases and applies a practical and holistic approach.
Elizabeth speaks Italian and, in her spare time enjoys staying fit, socialising with friends and family, and cheering on her favourite sporting teams the Sydney Swans and Sydney Sixers.

Nigel Freeman
Nigel graduated in 1976 and began work at Royal South Sydney Hospital Rehabilitation unit. He has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience in podiatry having operated his own practice for 47 years. He is a member of the Australian Podiatry Association.
Nigel has a special interest in the treatment for ingrowing toenails both surgically and non-surgically including toenail bracing. He has a wealth of experience in orthotic therapy, providing orthotics to patients and developing new methods of foot supports. Nigel continually explores avenues for new biomechanical methods.
Nigel offers minor surgical treatments including curettage for recalcitrant corns and warts. He has been an occupational consultant for Australia Post for over 20 years.
Nigel is committed to reducing foot pain for all patients so they can enjoy being active.
Nigel enjoys cycling and woodwork repair and design in his spare time.

Joung Won
Joung graduated from a podiatry school in 1991 and he has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of podiatry. Joung also holds a science degree from the University of New South Wales. Since graduating, Joung has been working at Sydney Local Health District mainly based at Canterbury hospital.

Since graduating, Joung has been working at Sydney Local Health District mainly based at Canterbury hospital.Joung served as a clinical podiatrist and co-ordinated podiatry students from Charles Sturt University, Newcastle University and Western Sydney University for the district.
He was nominated and awarded “Employee Excellence Award” at the hospital. Joung also worked closely with the High Risk Foot Clinic at Concord and Royal Prince Alfred hospitals preventing and treating diabetic patients with foot ulcers.
Joung ran a part-time private practice for 15 years and he was able to treat patients with variety of foot problems. Joung developed an interest in treating patients with ingrowing toe nail problem by both conservative and surgical procedures. He also gained significant experience in treating patient with biomechanical foot problems with custom made orthosis. Joung is passionate about treating patients with genuine care and delivering holistic foot care.
Joung has a keen interest in helping young people in developing countries. He visited and lived in Nepal for 4 years distributing jackets and books to the children living in remote places in Nepal. Joung continues to have interest in this work and wants to see these underprivileged children to have hope in life.
Joung speaks Korean and he enjoys swimming to keep fit.
